The client develops digital intelligence solutions that help large construction projects capture, measure, and use real-world site information to improve visibility, decision-making, and operational workflows.

Perfil del Candidato
- Experience:
5 to 8+ years of experience in investment banking, FP&A, finance business partnering, Chief of Staff roles with strong finance exposure, start-up finance, or scale-up finance. - Experience building complex financial models, including forecasts, budgets, cash flow projections, cap tables, and scenario analysis.
- Experience supporting a fundraising process such as Series A, Series B, or an equivalent institutional financing round is a strong plus.
- Experience working in start-up, scale-up, high-growth, or lean business environments.
- Technical and Business Knowledge:
Financial modelling. - Forecasting and budgeting.

- Finance Business Partnering:
Work closely with leaders across the organization to provide financial guidance, planning support, and decision-making insights. - Cross-Functional Finance Projects:
Lead finance-driven initiatives that require coordination across departments, including annual budgeting, business unit planning, equity-related analysis, pricing, margins, and strategic opportunities. - Business Unit Planning:
Partner with managing directors and business leaders to support planning, forecasting, performance tracking, and resource allocation. - Financial Modelling:
Build and maintain financial models for short-term forecasts, cash flow projections, annual budgets, fundraising scenarios, capitalization tables, and business planning. - Fundraising Support:
Support the preparation of models, metrics, data room materials, investor analysis, and internal documentation for future fundraising processes. - Financial Reporting:
Prepare management information packs, stakeholder communications, executive updates, and board-level reporting materials. - Dashboard and Reporting Design:
Help design internal dashboards and reporting tools that improve visibility into business performance and support faster decision-making. - Strategic Opportunity Analysis:
Assess ad hoc business opportunities, including potential acquisitions, commercial initiatives, pricing decisions, and operational improvement projects. - CRM and Investor Tracking:
Maintain visibility over prospective investors, fundraising activity, and related follow-up through structured tracking tools.
